All proceeds from the sale of this cookbook will go to to supporting programs of Kokua Hawai’i Foundation’s ‘AINA In Schools (’AINA IS).  ‘AINA In Schools is a new “farm-to-school” program dedicated to connecting children to their land, waters and food in order to grow a healthier future for Hawai’i.  Nutrition and healthy choices are an important aspect of ‘AINA IS.  All 38 recipes and artwork were submitted by ‘AINA IS students and supporters.  Sections include Snacks & Apps, Salads & Sides, Mains & Sandwiches, and Smoothies & Drinks!  This brightly colored cookbook is printed on recycled paper using Earth-friendly inks.
