ʻOno ʻUlu Recipes

In 4th grade, ʻĀINA In Schools students cultivate their Hawaiian Garden, which includes ʻulu (breadfruit) and other native and Polynesian-introduced plants. Celebrate local, colorful flavors with these unique and healthy dishes that highlight ‘ulu, a nutrient-rich but often under-utilized Hawaiian crop.
