The next Plastic Free Hawaiʻi beach cleanup is on Saturday, April 15 at Kahuku on Oʻahu’s North Shore. Kahuku is known as the dirtiest beach on Oʻahu because it is the island’s accumulation point for marine debris.

Join this beach cleanup to do your part during Earth Month. The cleanup is at James Campbell National Wildlife Refuge in Kahuku (meet at mile marker 14 and follow the signs and banners to the beach). Check-in begins at 8:30am with cleanup from 9:00am - 11:00am. All are welcome to join, including kids! Details here.

A second location has just been added at Kailua Beach Park for the same times – 8:30 Check-in and 9:00am - 11:00am cleanup. (hosted by Kailua Beach Adventures). Details here.
Volunteers should bring sun protection and refillable water bottles. For more information, email [email protected].
