41st Annual Da Hui Paddle Race Goes Plastic Free!

This Fourth of July, paddlers in the 41st Annual Da Hui Paddle Race stayed hydrated while staying plastic free. Participants were greeted at the finish line with water served in a Plastic Free Hawaiʻi rCup and were encouraged to cool off with unlimited refills. When the racers were ready to head home, they simply returned the cups to the water station. Over 700 paddlers participated in the plastic free event, making their way from Sunset Beach to Waimea Bay. Shout-out to Menehune Water Company for providing the H2O!
